Called to reschedule an appointment due to getting sick. Dawn takes down all my information just to tell me she can't cancel my appointment without telling me why and just hangs up on me after being rude and short. I'm in disbelief how unprofessional that lady was.
Jeannine is awesome!! As a male where it isn’t as common to have a hair system. Jeannine explained everything to me and set me up to make me feel comfortable and confident. I’ve never had someone understand so well what I wanted to do! A magician of a stylist. Hair looks so natural that people think I just dyed my hair. Best person around to go to!
