Let me start by saying the service and timeliness was great by the technician that came out to assist. With the being said, I am leaving a 1 star review due to the pricing and lack of transparency when asking about the pricing. We were charged $402 for a capacitor replacement in our outdoor AC unit and the repair was complete without a quote given beforehand. I placed a call to the vendor, and when asked for a breakdown on how we got to the $402 invoice; I was told overhead for the warehouse and facilities, labor, and the ... read more
