I was trying to avoid writing this review but unfortunately I can't avoid it any longer. First thing that happened is when I walked into the establishment I had to wait over 10 minutes before anyone addressed me. Second issue the sales associate left me at the desk twice to tend to other customer needs, one customer taking up to 30 minutes. Third issue is i was supposed to be called back for a credit check, it never happened. Unfortunately I was a paying customer hoping to support my local business, but not anymore.
Purchased a dirt bike Black Friday weekend over the phone purchase got to the facility never even got to look at the bike before we finish the documentation paperwork very rude I was told since I'm not in their County they were lucky that they sold to me just all together a terrible experience just hopefully the bike is a great purchase
I don't trust them they charge way too much for parts and they don't use the correct one for your Bike and they take way too long to work on
