We used chance Katz for 3 separate home inspections when looking to buy a home. We used him for the home we bought. This man said the basement was in perfect condition. Oh but quite literally the day of buying it decided to rain. Not heavy rain just rain, our basement leaked water. Then we had that huge rainfall a few weeks ago the basement flooded. This guy saved me $ 6300.00 the home had a bad septic system and his dye test revealed it. He is very polite and doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't know anything about homes and how to fix things. I love his report and all the photos. our Realtor tried to talk us into using a different home inspector BEWARE OF REALTORS TRYING TO TALK YOU OUT OF USING THIS GUY. That's all ill say !!!
