This guy saved me $ 6300.00 the home had a bad septic system and his dye test revealed it. He is very polite and doesn't make you feel stupid if you don't know anything about homes and how to fix things. I love his report and all the photos. our Realtor tried to talk us into using a different home inspector BEWARE OF REALTORS TRYING TO TALK YOU OUT OF USING THIS GUY. That's all ill say !!!
