Amazing hospitality, great stuff, very friendly, kind, gentle! We had an amazing experience with Dr. Slaughter and all his team. Special thanks to Dr. Slaughter, the kind lady doctor anesthesiologist (I'm extremely sorry that I couldn't remember your name) , the nurses Zena, Derek, and Lorena. They took very good care of my wife! They brought extra heated blankets for her, carefully monitored her before and after the surgery. Answered all our questions. You guys are doing great, thank you for touching people's life's.
Surgery went well here. However, they charged us far more for my portion than needed, and will not answer the phone, and will not return voicemails. They were adamant that I paid upfront before they’d take me back as well. Garbage.
Wife's surgery was well handled. But they insisted on my paying upfront for their estimate of what would be covered as though I had not satisfied any deductibles this year. Consequently they charged me nearly $900 more than the EOB from my insurance says I owe. For more than a week now I have been leaving voicemails on the 5 different phone numbers I have for these people including one specifically identified as "Patient Accounts". No response. Crickets. Yo quiero mi dinero ahoy!
