They do a great job and are honest, knowledgeable and very dependable.
I did not have a great experience with this company, to start off the tech came out and determined that my blower motor was dead. He took the whole assembly with him to figure out the sizing and so im thinking hes going to the supply house to get a motor. I call him hours later and he says that he has a lot of other jobs going on and cannot do the work today, would of been nice to know that upfront to set my expectations. Such great late night service! I called Eros at EHC at 9pm because my AC wouldn't turn on. He was here within 30 mins and got us up and running!!
Fantastic service. I sent a service request for our AC unit that wasn’t working at 7pm, but 7:10pm I had a response and he came around the same evening. Everything was fixed by 8:30pm. A dream. Highly recommend.
