First impression sold me on using Eric. He arrived on time for our appointment. He looked over the project, made recommendations & promptly prepared an estimate. The bid was very competitive and I felt no need to look any further. We scheduled the job, he arrived on the appointed day, set up his equipment & promptly went to work. Upon completion he cleaned up the job site and reviewed everything he'd done with me.
Came promptly and did the repair.
