Erik Hofer seemed knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The price is in the average price range. The gutters worked as they were suppose to with the rain we just had. Over all, glad to have it done. Felt price was fair and these are better then what I had.
He really knows what he's doing and he's a nice guy!
My only complaint is that our new gutter installation does not match the color of our other gutters and soffits, and that is why I down rated the work quality and customer service. A little more attention to the details in the color choices at the time of the estimate should have been provided so that this problem could have been avoided. Owner is involved in the whole process and did the installation along with one other fellow. Offered excellent. advice about my options and actually recommended the cheaper option. Eric knows his stuff.
Erik is everything you would like in a contractor. Prompt communication, on time for appointments, and very easy to do business with. I had Erik out to take care of what I thought was a simple problem (it wasn't). He clearly described the situation, gave me options, and provided me a written quote on the spot. No pressure, no hard sell.
Eric is great. I highly recommend E.H. Construction. Eric commncated through the entire process which made the project easy to understand. Very honest, efficient and professional.
