I occasionally come here for a silk press and the experience is usually top tier but yesterday feb 26, I came in and the experience was not up to par for a few reasons . Yes they did wash & blow dry my hair as requested and for that I tipped $13. However I will not be returning and will be sticking to the other salon in merrillville. My hair was not the easiest to untangle and I understand that but the way i was judged and called out was extremely unkind behavior to a new mother whose struggling with health conditions that’s... read more
