Imagine having a 3-month-old sick with the flu and you call to make a follow up with this doctor and because he's a new patient and they don't have his medical records they don't want to take him. I told them I have in hands the forms from the hospital I took him last night confirming he has the flu and need to follow up with a pediatrician.
