Let me be direct: this workplace is in serious disarray. It's disorganized and unprofessional. The culture here shows a complete lack of respect for employees. While they talk about offering flexibility, the reality is that many are underpaid and encouraged to engage in partying rather than focusing on work. My company has used EGT printing for many years. Their work is top quality. And I can't say enough good things about our sales rep Ryan White – he is amazing! He is SO helpful in bringing ideas and solutions to our projects, it really makes it go smooth from start to finish. I'd also like to give a shout out to Catherine Krueger (CSR), she's great!
