I have been joining Johnny's Monday morning Posture & Performance class on Zoom, and my hip and knees have improved significantly- more than I expected them to. Johnny is a great guy, he's very easy to work with and he had put together an incredibly effective plan for my back pain. My back pain had been so debilitating off and on for a couple of years. But It's been around 9 months since I first went here and I've had great results. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Egoscue – Walnut Creek. An MRI had revealed tendinosis and fraying of my distal biceps tendon, and the options I was given were pain medication, physical therapy, and surgery if PT didn’t help.
