Jeannie's customer service exceeded any job description parameters I have ever read about. She pursued and researched all options in finding me replacements for Egoscue props that I originally purchased but now are no longer available. She personally followed up on each inquiry with both email and phone call. Have experienced great success in addressing my issues. Staff is great and very responsive to my needs.
It's been great. I've been going to Egoscue for nearly 30 years and believe it's a very effective way to eliminate pain. I use to go to their studios but now I live outside the USA and find that the video sessions are just as helpful.
In August of 2024 I started the Egoscue program due to pain in my knees and ankles from an auto accident many years ago, which over time created structural and muscular problems. Abigail Rogers, my Exercise Therapist is an amazing coach. Over several months she guided my program which created significant change in my alignment, reduction of pain and improved range of motion.
