In few seconds with just very few body motion I got pain free and a total different body. Magic would take longer. This is just incredible and amazing. Tonight was my first experience at Egoscue. Christi led a group class, and my body felt so well after it. Even my injured shoulder felt so much better that I am so impressed! I highly recommend this place for body alignment and body injuries. I give it 5 super starts!

Late Feb 2017 I found Egoscue and Christi through a referral who stated Christi had completely helped his son with sciatica. I had been suffering with severe sciatica pain. I was in chiropractic care and an MRI confirmed lower disc problems. I was referred to pain management, had taken two rounds of shots I was then referred to an orthopedic surgeon and really didn't want surgery.
