I had a facial here on Thursday, and the very next day my face became swollen, red, dry, and extremely irritated. The reaction has only gotten worse and by Sunday my skin is painful, rough, and uncomfortable. This completely ruined my weekend plans—I had a gathering I couldn’t attend because of how I looked and felt. I had a lovely experience with EGO medical. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and had great energy. I loved that they provided me with a complementary drink ( that never hurts lol). After my treatment the staff checked on my progress the next day to see how I was doing. Over all a great experience.

First off, this office and their team 10/10! I was greeted by Kyra who offered me a drink when I arrived and drew my blood for my PRP injection. Such a sweet young lady! Made my blood draw feel so smooth and we chatted through the entire appointment! ♥️ Roxana did my PRP injection. But, she has also done my lip filler and tox in the past. She has such a gentle hand! Roxanna is the only person I trust for my injections. She’s precise, professional, and always gives me amazing results. Her technique and understanding is top tier. Jordan is amazing for facials! Every time I see her, my skin feels refreshed and glowing. I can’t recommend them enough!
