We had blinds installed in our office. Mr. Woo came to do a consultation, take measurements and showed options for material, style and blind types. It was incredibly helpful as I wasn't sure what we wanted. After choosing the general style, my husband and I went to finalize the color and details with Mr. Woo at the store. Installed Hunter Douglas shades in our home and were very satisfied with everything. Woo is very patient and not forceful (unlike other stores we went to). He helped us choose shades and options within our budget and did all the installation himself.
