When our family cars need service, I always take them to EGM in Elk Grove Village! This little independent/family shop treats every customer like you're a VIP! Russ is very honest, staight forward, and caring. They do treat everyone like family. This old-fashioned neighborhood repair shop is the best! You can't find auto service like this anymore. EGM Automotive has been very transparent and honest to work with. Rich & his team seem to provide honest work to serve their customers, and are not motivated by consumer’s wallets. Unfortunately they do not provide transmission service, but I would highly recommend working with them.
