Unprofessional and inconvenient experience overall. The clinic requires two separate visits—one for blood work and another solely to review results—which felt like an unnecessary use of time, especially given the long drive involved. The follow-up appointment itself provided very little meaningful discussion beyond generic advice. More concerning, during the appointment the physician dictated and reviewed test results in front of me that were not actually mine. The follow-up provided little value beyond generic advice. Being told to find a new doctor was also inappropriate and unprofessional. This does not reflect the standard of care expected from a family physician.
Dr Shanthi Mutalingham located at the Lebovic Health Clinic has been my family doctor for the past 5 years. She is an exceptional family doctor and cares deeply about her patients. She is knowledgeable and always follows up with her patients regarding tests that need to be done as well as results. She is a very busy family doctor but the receptionist Crystal always is able to squeeze me in for an appointment when I need to see the doctor.
