I can’t say enough about how incredible Dr. Muthulingam and her office secretary Crystal have been. Recently, I faced a health scare, and during such a stressful time, their kindness and dedication really made a difference. Even while on vacation, Dr. Muthulingam took the time to personally call me about my report. She and Crystal worked tirelessly to make sure I got an urgent specialist appointment and even followed up with the hospital to ensure I was seen quickly for further tests. Absolutely appalling experience at this so-called walk-in clinic. I arrived shortly after opening with only one other person in the waiting room, yet was told they “aren’t taking walk-ins today” because they are going on vacation next week. There was zero signage or documentation to support this policy change, nothing posted anywhere. When I explained I wasn’t feeling well and urgently needed care, the receptionist reluctantly said she would ask the doctor to make an exception.
