Absolutely appalling experience at this so-called walk-in clinic. I arrived shortly after opening with only one other person in the waiting room, yet was told they “aren’t taking walk-ins today” because they are going on vacation next week. There was zero signage or documentation to support this policy change, nothing posted anywhere. When I explained I wasn’t feeling well and urgently needed care, the receptionist reluctantly said she would ask the doctor to make an exception. Walk in clinic that’s taking in walk ins..
Went all the way to the walk in for all staff to not be there during hours of operation!! Worst clinic.
Contacted this place about a booking an appointment and keep in mind that are walk-in clinic and they are not walk-ins today
