First off they didn’t ask me to write a review but based on the absolute incredible service and kindness I was met with I NEEDED to write a review for this clinic. I have to refer to everyone that works their as “them” because it doesn’t matter who you speak with, they ALL are absolutely sweet, knowledgeable, professional & efficient in how they conduct their operations/ manage clients. I am writing a review for Eglinton Square Dental for something I never thought I would give a 5 star review for....2 root canals!! I have to say that Dr. S. Sadeghi was very kind and even though having a root canal is a terrible experience, her kindness and patience was greatly appreciated. As well, she was quick and efficient so that I didn't have to endure the procedure for an extended period. For the second root canal, my tooth had cracked and she was able to save the tooth. It is really unfortunate the way this dental office has become. I have been going there since I was a child. Dr. Boland is an amazing dentist and it is unfortunate that they sold their practice to a new owner who clearly lacks the care, respect, and quality of service that I used to receive. Despite wanting to remain a loyal client I am unable now to be seen by Dr. Boland and Diana as I am forced to be seen by a different hygienist given the new policies in place.
