I recently visited the Eglinton Healthcare Center walking clinic with my 2-year-old son, who was experiencing ear infection symptoms and skin itching on his chin. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Munner was extremely disappointing. He treated my son poorly and spoke to me in a rude manner, failing to listen to my concerns. As a parent, it's distressing to encounter such unprofessional behavior, especially when seeking medical care for your child. I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Munner to anyone.
I had a very disappointing and traumatizing experience with Dr Jeyaranee Aloysius. Right when we sat down she yelled at us 3 times to take care of our child, even though he was being held by us on the table. She could have said it differently and without raising her voice. Kids already get nervous going to the doctor and she just yelled three times in a row without taking a breath. In a tight room it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. They never take you on time better to go else where
Go here if you want third world country service. My father was treated very poorly, dismissed and rushed by Dr Muneer, even hurt my dad while pushing an injection. Complained in-person to the admin and was told there was nothing she could do. We asked for the admin’s name via telephone (CPSO and Patient Ombudsman requires the person’s name who you filed a complaint with to ensure we’ve tried to resolve the matter with the organization on our own) and they refused to assist/hung up on us twice.
