The admin staff told me that my appointment was cancelled when I arrived at the clinic, 10 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. I used their website to request an appointment. I received a phone call shortly after to confirm. They asked if I could come earlier like 3:30pm and I responded that 4:00pm was the time that I could do. The service is too bad. I was like I have appointment 12 AM on. I wait like three hours on the doctor. Say like OK are you OK? That’s it on the check up was like shit. The machine is old. Nothing is perfect. Don’t come to the Eglinton healthcare center.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I must warn others. I went to this clinic for one and one thing only. To check my hemoglobin levels and find a way to raise it. The doctor sent me to do lab work and did tests for everything EXCEPT my hemoglobin. The nurses are very kind and sweet but the doctors are very unserious. Do not waste your time here. Veri Bad service. No one should go there and waste their entire day. The people at the reception are a flock of sheep. They won't ask for anything at all. They simply go about their work without giving a single thought to the patient. Emergency service is better than this. fools group 😡
