Sitting here at home waiting over 30 minutes for a teleconference medical appointment with my husband. No one has joined for the appointment. We even called the help desk who then told us to call the clinic that is not answering the video call...Busy signal by the way... Nothing says "Thank you for your service" like being forgotten.
Waste of a VA Clinic. I have tried calling them directly for days now with no luck. Then I get forwarded to Biloxi and they try to connect me but with the same results, then I get connected back to Biloxi to a diffirent operator to start the cycle all over again. Stay clear if you can this VA does not give a crap about you or anyone else. Another example of why VA is so broken nationwide. The fruit is rotten in thisncljnic, so you must get rid of everything and everyone and build from scratch if you want a functional system.
How are you going to tell someone their appt is at 0730 when you don't even open until 0800?? Plus it took a month to get a refill of synthroid after 3 nurses said they would put in a "Rush" order for it. It should have had a refill on the prescription to begin with. And you wonder why there are Sooo many disgruntled vets..
everything - I need my husband reassigned to another primary Doctor. I was promised this two months ago.. Still no one has called to advise us of who is supposed to see. We want to be assigned another Primary OR he will start going to Panama City clinic.
I found I had been dropped from my Primary Care doctor because I hadn’t seen him in a while. I’m being told now that I have to start all over and have an initial appointment which can be up to 90 days out. My medical issues have not miraculously gone away, but I have to jump through hoops just to be seen again. What a load of bunk. Then they wonder why there are 22 a day.
VERY PROUD OF THIS CLINIC AND STAFF, NO COMPLAINT.
My god in heaven...when your 5th in line to speak to the operator something is wrong. After waiting to speak to the operator and you finally get transferred you are now 8th in line. After a 25 minute hold someone finally picks up...but wait!!! It not the department you were on hold for!! It's the Biloxi Va operator, so after explaining to her what I needed...you guessed it "please hold" you are now 13th in line. 40 minutes later I am next in line WOOHOO!!
