Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Dr. Egger seems to run a fraudulent business or his office is completely incompetent. I was overcharged and and charged for hardware I did not receive. I understand that mistakes happen. I have been dealing with this mistake for nine months and still am out a lot of money. Dr. Egger ran a test he knew was not covered by my insurance and did not disclose this until AFTER the test thereby not giving me an opportunity to opt out. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this eye care office? They were average
