Never have I had better customer service. I have been going here for 5 years and have always been truly satisfied with the food and service but on this evening they truly went above and beyond. I ordered shrimp and broccoli for pickup but didn't realize until I got home that I was given the wrong order (combination fried rice) instead. Before I could even pick up the phone to advise of the mistake an employee called me and apologized for the mistake and sent a driver to bring me the correct order. I've been ordering from this place for several years and hands down best its the best american-chinese restaurant. Food is always hot when it arrives and the staff is very pleasant. My delivery guy is always the same person and I love that. Average delivery time is always less than an hour even on the busy days. Flavor is great and and it's all freshly made everytime. My crab ragoons and eggrolls are packed so well they remain crispy for hours. Try the donuts.
This family owned business is run by my dear friend Mike and his wife Lin. They have a wonderful management team and their food is extraordinary. Mike has traveled the world studying the art of cooking and his dishes reflect his experiences. We always order shrimp egg rolls because they are our absolute favorites. I've never tasted better teriyaki beef sticks. The ribs are delicious. We love the hearty flavor of the wonton soup. I've tried every single dish on the menu and I would gladly eat every single fish again!

Absolutely the best tasting Chinese food ever!! The fried meat wontons are delicious and you can't beat the price for the amazing taste!!
A nice portion at a reasonable price. The food is great and the lunch special is awesome! I live in Round Rock and will drive 15 - 20 minutes to this Austin establishment. No more Panda Express!
