Edward was very dedicated, knowledgeable, personable, patient, and respectful!! I called Egberts at 4, and by 5 I received a call from Edward that he was less than 15 minutes away….while he was here he not only took the time to answer our questions, he also explained everything in detail.

Great customer service! Even though we weren’t able to get through the finance part, I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable Kyle was. He clearly understood our situation and what we needed. My father, Marc, isn’t very comfortable with English, but Kyle did a great job explaining everything in a way he could follow. He was also really good at picking up on what my dad was trying to say. Thank you, Kyle!
