Very pleased with the care I received from Foram Patrl, CRNP. I have to say they always fit you in when you really need an appointment.
A great doctor with a bad staff. Had a great staff years ago. Glad I moved on.
the doctor is really nice and knowledgeable. the customer service phone system is terrible. 10-15 minute wait times every time I call. almost to the point when I am considering changing doctors.
I would not recommend Dr Egan to anyone. first off, I had a nurse who was very rude and would cut me off when I was answering her questions . Could hear dr talking outside my door saying "I am probably faking my symptoms for attention". Um.. I never go to the doctor and this is why, WHY WOULD I SPEND THE MONEY TO GO IF I DO NOT HAVE TO. Do not waste your time here. Karen is nice and the front desk people after but who ever else I had was AWEFUL and the Dr outside the door was rude too
