Billie Jo is awesome she patiently helped me and my mom and she didn’t hesitate to ask if something didn’t look right. Great conversation, funny, customer service was top tier
Really bad experience there with Dan he seemed very edgy and then he tried to charge me twice for my 2023 because me and my wife were unable to do 2022 taxes he then told me it would be 129 and ended up charging me over $200 for that year as well. I didn’t even end up receiving the amount of the return that he said I would get next year. I will definitely be going to H&R Block.
I don't know about their tax services, but the woman who works in this office (initials PJH) is such a kind human. She was so helpful today. I almost got run over crossing the street and she came out to check on me, gave me some water, made sure I was unhurt. Wonderful human.
