Do not go to this place. The staff are older and impatient, and when I came to file my taxes, it felt like I was disturbing them. They kept saying “you have a lot of work,” which I realize was just an excuse to charge me double. They have no idea how to communicate with customers—it’s like they are being condescending. I’m an ordinary worker with a W-2 job and a driving job with my own car that files as 1099. They took three hours to do this simple task and spent minutes on a single option. Billie Jo is awesome she patiently helped me and my mom and she didn’t hesitate to ask if something didn’t look right. Great conversation, funny, customer service was top tier
Really bad experience there with Dan he seemed very edgy and then he tried to charge me twice for my 2023 because me and my wife were unable to do 2022 taxes he then told me it would be 129 and ended up charging me over $200 for that year as well. I didn’t even end up receiving the amount of the return that he said I would get next year. I will definitely be going to H&R Block.
I don't know about their tax services, but the woman who works in this office (initials PJH) is such a kind human. She was so helpful today. I almost got run over crossing the street and she came out to check on me, gave me some water, made sure I was unhurt. Wonderful human.
