Someone should be aware of the customer service provided by the long-term front desk lady. To clarify, she has an accent, is not a technician, and typically only handles payments and appointment scheduling. Get her some professional training before she scares the business away!! P.S. And yes, this review is for E&G nail salon (I've been coming for months) this IS NOT a mistake review.
I recently moved to the area and tried this place because they advertised “e-file” pedicures. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the e-file pedicures I’m used to. The service was extremely painful, left my toes sore all night, and the skin was cut enough to leave scabs. The polish was also very sloppy.
I have been here 3 times now for a no chip pedicure and each time lasts for so long! Easily the best pedicures Ive had. All employees give great attention to detail. I really enjoy their method! Thank you thank you!
Just had the best experience at EG Nails in Lombard! I stopped in here because I have a special occasion and my usual salon is booked up. Irina did my Russian manicure with a micro French and did an amazing job! I brought in an inspiration photo and she replicated it exactly. Her attention to detail is unreal.
