Flo is always accommodating. I called her at the last minute to say Help. She gave me an appointment time and when I arrived she/her staff were ready to do my hair. She is kind, patient and efficient. Her prices are reasonable. Thank you Flo

I have gone to E&G for several years. Typically, I love my hair. Twice they added way too much hair, but we reached an understanding, I thought. Flo, I believe is her name, braided my hair. She did a horrible job. My parts are all different sizes, and there was so much hair left out behind my ears that I had to wear a headband to cover how horrible my hair looks.
