The guy is an A+ jerk and I won't step foot in this business again. One of the reasons given as his unwillingness to help me was because one of his mechanics just quit, and I wouldn't work for someone like this either. He was bitching about people/customers to the other guy when I walked in, and if that's how he feels about customers then he shouldn't be in business.
Guy is very rude. dropped off a mower and said it would take two weeks. to weeks later no call no nothin. so i call and said now its gonna take another month before they look at it. going to pick it up. go anywhere else in fresno cause this guy treats people like dirt!!! takes out his personal problems out on the customer. Tip: go into another line of work if youre so miserable.
Well, I used to take all my lawn equipment (riding mower, edger, Stihl weed wacker, chainsaw) to them, but no longer. I am appalled by the billboard on the businness "SUPPORT SCOTT WALKER" I will NEVER EVER use their services again - I wondered why they were all so rude the last few times Ive been in there, now I know! Keep your POLITICAL crap out of my yard work.
