I have used Annie's services on a number of occasions to release stress, & the tapping is highly effective! Annie is extremely experienced & gets straight to your issue, gently guiding you so that you feel better by the end of each session & have renewed hope about your situation. Her regular online EFT workshops & in-person training in Adelaide are also very good, very thorough & enjoyable. Highly recommend.

I started EFT with the short workshops which are an easy introduction to the techniques. I later completed a Freedom Breakthrough Package and found peace with some long standing emotional distress. The healing effects are fast and the process is comfortable. Annie is an insightful and intuitive guide.
