Once you manage to see the staff (social worker, physiotherapist etc,) and I love the work this clinic does, theyre amazing. Patient and compassionate. The organization off the front desk staff is lacking however. Ive tried to give my information to act as a point of contact numerous times on behalf of my mom and yet the only time they've ever contacted me is when they thought I was my mom and they were canceling her appointments. I recently became a patient of the EFry Health Center. The staff is so friendly, kind and so full of compassion. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Shearer, so empathetic, compassionate, kind and patient. I’m so happy I found this health center, they take such good care of women.
In the time of finding a doctor was hard enough let alone a whole team. The team offers you thoroughly dedicated care and the feeling that they are all on the same page with common respect, everyone is on the same level as well as being friendly allowing you to feel welcome AND relaxed. You don't find this kind of professional attitude so often. If you find yourself on a wait list, believe it's worth the wait!! If
The medical health centric I mes complete w/ doctors, nurses, social workers and physiotherapy and let's not forget about the dental team. The staff(secretaries) are so friendly and helpful too! A happy patient Wendy Usher
