(NO WONDER the good reviews are posted from 3yrs ago and on! He def lost his touch of expertise and professionalism!) This office is full of rude people. I should’ve taken the red flags as they came but I was wanting this procedure. I went in for 2 consultations all to be cleared and the day before surgery, I paid hospital and office, they called me to the back to discuss a concern. Thank you, Dr. Moreno, for teaching me self-love. Went to Dr. efren moreno to enhance my lips and nose. I told him exactly what I wanted and he completely disregarded my wishes. Not only did the filler he injected me with not result in the “natural” look I was going for, it migrated after 3 weeks! He completely botched my beautiful face:( When I contacted his office letting them know I was unhappy with my results, no one followed up. He was extremely creepy and condescending to boot. Major regret, I'm very disappointed this decision choosing Dr. Efrain Moreno. He should not be trusted; he tells you what you want to hear and does the complete opposite. Don't consult with Dr. Efrain Moreno, I'm very discouraged with my appearance with the procedure he did to me, and I don't want you to go through what I went through. Please take your business out of town
