I am having a maningioma tumor taken out by Dr. Cox. I really like Dr. Cox, but he has only one staff member. She is always rushed and busy. Most of the time you get answering machine. I know I must be one of many patients, but it is a big deal to me. Last week she was going to send some information about the surgery. I haven’t gotten it. I have questions about getting radiation after. I have decided not to get it. I spoke to a neurosurgeon back east and said I don’t need it. I am not sure where dr. Cox stands.
I really don’t appreciate the long long wait. We have made our appointment a month ago, early arrival at the office and waiting for an whole hour and still not able to see the Doctor 😭😭😭 Time is very valuable to all of us!!! I really want to see the improvement of the waiting time and asking to respect our time ! To be a good Doctor, need to manage their schedules beyond and above, need to give your patients the confidence of well care.
