I don't understand why they refuse to answer calls anymore. And I've ran out of meds twice before because of their mistakes. So it worries me when I have no refills because they haven't called in enough. And I wonder if the same thing is going to happen again. When I was seeing Dr Efobi she was a great Dr and a great listener I loved going to her office a lot of times there was a long wait time in the waiting room before you went back but I still enjoyed seeing Dr Efobi but with the new Dr or nurse practitioner they have me seeing my waiting time in the waiting room is a much longer waiting time now and I can barely understand the new Dr or nurse practitioner or who ever she is and she isn’t very helpful at all i think…
Dr. Efobi was definitely a Godsend to us. My fiancé had many issues going on at the same time with no explanations Dr Efobi was very compassionate, caring, and listened to all of our concerns. I myself having been in the medical field for over forty years , and I was very impressed not only with her medical skills, but also her bedside manner.
