This company has misrepresented my policy. The person sold me a term life policy, went into detail about everything covered, pricing and life of the policy. However was then sold an accident death policy. They have reviewed the call found them to have lied. Was told i would be reimbursed the policy and compensation for deceit. Now they refuse help, saying another manager was wrong again anf they cant help me that i have to go through fidelity life. Very misleading company, they sale you on one price and then when it goes to “underwriting “ then the price more than quadruple. And then the sales agent tried to say it was my fault. Just all round a bad experience!
Overall awesome experience. They were able to connect me with Fidelity and I was able to get a 250k policy. The rep was awesome, super professional and explained everything real clear. My policy is now active. Thank you eFinancial!!
