I waa on my way driving to Vegas with my children and stopped few exits back for help with a tire. This man would do nothing but diagnose the problem as a wheel barring . No hotels, 6:05p closed at 6!! We tried our best back on freeway and wheel wobbled so bad couldn't make it off ramp. Against AAA, our tow man recomended Effingham Tire. Saved our lives and trip. Affordable,nice, caring AND accommodating!! Thank you so much!!!!
I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Went for a tire alignment after having my vehicle checked over by the mechanic my family has used for years who doesn't have the equipment for alignments, and this place tried telling me all these things were broken and it was going to cost over $900 to fix it, when I knew for a fact none of that was even broken. Left and took it somewhere else just to be sure they were in fact trying to rip us off and absolutely nothing was wrong. So not only did they TRY to rip us off $1000, they... read more
