Well,.... Steve and Brett pulled another one out of the hat for me this week. great repair story with a holiday and a weekend in the middle. Saved $116 from original. Could not be happier. If you have any auto repair issues which need solving,... COME HERE.
I called today, asking to get my car in this week to get a new radiator. They went above and beyond my expectations. They were able to get my car in today, fixed and done. Kudos to the whole staff! Thanks so much!
Finally got time to get my car aligned. I called and made an appointment for 5:45pm for an alignment and tire balance. I got there and they told me they don't do alignments during the evening and for some reason my appointment was for 8:20something the next morning. I just turned around and walked out. Not messing around with them again.
I was shocked at the outstanding service we received at Effingham Tire and Auto Center. We slowly rolled into town at 8pm on a Friday night with a completely flat and non fixable tire and thought there's no way that this is going to get fixed tonight, but this place is open (I think daily) until 11pm!! Bret who was working by himself was very busy with constant phone calls and customers coming in with problems and he managed to be patient and kind with every single person he dealt with! Effingham Tire Center went above and beyond with our service today! My fiancé and I were traveling from Boston to Indianapolis... and after misconnected flights and a reroute to St. Louis with a rental car, we ended up with a flat at 1:30 in the morning. Effingham sent a taxi in the morning to a location with the size tire we needed brought it back to their store and had us on the road so quickly! Thank you so much for helping us get to our wedding shower on time!
