The installation tech Danial and his team were on time, friendly, efficient and did a great job installing a ducted heating system and ceiling vents in what was a challenging roof space. Had a problem with my Wi-Fi on my air-conditioning. Shaun came out, fix the problem promptly and explained how to fix it if it ever happened again very happy with service.
This is the second time my split system broke down and repaired, under warranty, by the company. I was assured, intially, that the repair will be done on the same day with the service, but it wasn't the case. However, they were able to reschedule the next appointment promptly. Thank you Mick, technician, for explaining the possibilities of the break down and finding the leak in the system. He even went back again when my split system shut down again on the same day. Shaun from Efficient Pure Plumbing did a great job today in doing the annual service for our central heating unit. He arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly. I could see he worked through all the servicing steps in a systematic manner, did the CO test and then provided a full assessment feedback in a simple to understand manner.
