Patrick was fixing my kitchen sink for me (great repair btw!) & I mentioned heat was out & that A. Johns*n Co said I needed a new system at $10K. Patrick said he’d take a look-less than an hour later the heat was on, I was warm & beyond thrilled! The only thing wrong was a $25 part needed replacing. Patrick saved me from a costly & unnecessary repair! After calling 6 different local companies efficient heating and cooling was the only one to return my phone calls. They had my maintenance service scheduled within a week. They arrived on time and 5 minutes early! 2 guys showed up and they were both respectful and answered all of my questions easily. A few hours after they left I wanted to try out the heat and it was not turning on. Woke up this morning to our furnace completely not working... 50 degrees in our house while it was 20 degrees outside - we were cold!! 😨 Called a couple of places between 8 and 8:30 when they opened... Patrick was the only one to call back by 9a. Josh was able to fit us in for early afternoon, was prompt and courteous, and quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed it fast! I had the worst experience ever with this company! I do not recommend them unless you want them to take your money and never follow through and fix your furnace! Patrick sold and installed a new hot air furnace with central a/c and a tankless hot water tank. Excellent service and he went above and beyond our contract to see that he had a satisfied customer. Great price and great service. Highly recommend him.
