Candice Brumit the owner of Efficient Exteriors and Roofing provided a no cost inspection and estimate to replace the roof and gutters on my home. She helped arrange for additional contractors to remove tree limbs and replace a deck that I was unable to work on due to back surgery. She was on site each day during the project to check on the progress making sure I was pleased with the results and checking on the crews. When we were collecting estimates to replace our Estes cabin roof, Candice immediately impressed us with her expertise, knowledge, and attention to detail. She was the only one (out of four) who commented on the original green shingles, asking if we wanted similar green singles for our new roof. I was thoroughly impressed with this roofing contractor. Candice provided excellent customer service and walked me through the insurance claim process and was there during the insurance inspection. She provided everything I needed for insurance. The roofing team performed an excellent job with the removal, install, and cleanup. Other contractors said I didn't even have a claim. Some didn't get back to me. I can't provide enough positive praise for Efficient Exteriors and Roofing.
