Scott & his team were nothing but awesome from the start. Scott came to help us when our son flooded the bathroom. He used some equipment to check for water damage, and then detailed a plan to help remediate our problem. Throughout the project, he was timely, easy to talk with, clean and did a great job. There is no one in the business who I would recommend besides Efficient Homes.
These guys are the real deal. Attentive to your needs, your location, etc. Scott wasn't happy with how everything was progressing in the attic (not even going to try to pretend I know what it was) that they came back the next day to finish it and wouldn't take the check for the balance until he was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking for mold remediation and as a matter of fact will be using them again for my Mass Save recommendation of adding blown in insulation in the attic soon!
They built a 17 X 19 deck out of composite with stairs, top quality work!
Scott and his team were fantastic. They came out right on time, took care of the work, answered all of our questions, and left the place cleaner then when they started. Highly recommend.
