I called Monday with a ice maker issue. Was told a tech would be coming Wednesday. No show Wednesday or Thursday. To be fair I called Friday and was told would call me back to arrange a appointment. Again no call. I expected at least a courtesy call to reschedule when they couldn't come Very unprofessional!

Larry repaired the ball bearings in my freezer drawer so that it opens and closes all the way He also fixed the refrigerator door so that it seals properly when I close it. He is very knowledgeable and efficient.
Great service on same day. Love them.
Horrible!! I called several times a week ago and finally got someone to answer the phone. Then, after letting them know what my problem was, they informed me to send the information about the washer and they would call back. I haven't received a call back yet, and it's been a week, I have called back several times and no answer.
