I am sooo happy!!! I used Efficient Air today on my (27) year old units for a tune up. My upstairs Unit needed the outdoor fan motor to be replaced b/f the tune up could be done. What did JOSH (my lead technician) do??? Helped me call my Home Warranty People to facilitate getting it covered. This was NOT easy!! He knew exactly what to do and was so m with me and the warranty people and made it happen! Then the second unit needed a dual run cap fixed. Off to the warranty people we went.
