This was our 1st HVAC Warranty provided service needed here in Arizona and we will definitely hold all service technicians to the standard set today by Armando and/or request to only work with Efficient Air Heating & Cooling! Professional, Timely, Thorough! Will definitely recommend this company and always suggest requesting Armando!!!
Had them come out and do a spring tune-up, the tech told me he made repairs to some wires, A/C stopped working, had another company come out to diagnose the problem and was told the previous tech made some very poor repairs to wires which damaged my compressor.... will end up costing me $750+ for my repairs due to Efficient Air’ tech for doing piss poor work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Just had a whole new system put in and couldn’t be more pleased. Oscar (the owner) is not only super knowledgeable he also saved me thousands! The two technicians who installed it were probably the most polite and respectful people I’ve hired. They took their time to explain everything to me and help me set up the thermostat! So pleased! Great job guys!
I am so grateful for Efficient Air! It was only 15 mins from the time I called them until the technicians arrived. I have never had such great service. Armando and Leo were amazing and reassured me that my AC would be working by the time they left and they did not disappoint. They both were very informative and let me know every detail along the way. Once again I am so grateful for how comfortable they made me feel knowing I was in good hands!! Thank you so much!! From now on I will only be calling Efficient Air!
