Awesome trainers that always stay up to date on latest advances. The people that go there are very friendly. It’s impt to me to not only get a good work out but to have fun while doing it and Effective Fitness is all about that. Love the place!
Tom and Mike have been training me for years! It never gets old and it’s always fun in the boot camps! Monday and Friday boot camps are a blast, but I do enjoy my one on one day training sessions with Tom. I am 5 months pregnant right now and feel the strongest I have ever been!
Deanna has done a great job training my 9 year old. He has fun and has shown noticeable improvement in a short period of time!
If you want to see results go see Mike ! Knowledgeable at his profession, Mike will push you to succeed. Tough love, but genuine concerned about helping you attain your fitness goals. Whether to lose 50 lbs , gain strength, or peak at your athletic game, Mike knows how to get the job done! Highly recommend Effective Fitness !!!

Effective Fitness is a true gem in this town. Mike and Tom have created an amazing place to work out at.
