Just can't express how disappointed i am. Here's my story: Bought an Amana refrigerator in June of 2016. Come May 2019 it stops cooling. All the stuff in the freezer melts. At the time of purchase I also bought a 60 month warranty which was 38% of the purchase price. Also paid tax, delivery, installation and haul-away fees. "Repairman" comes out, listens to it, measures temperatures and power draw and tells me that he will have to check in with the warranty company to see what they want to do.
