Mr.Rucker managed a family property (property management/ rental) and completely dropped the ball. Based off of the condition of the home and his lack of awareness on the issues at the property it’s apparent our family property was not a priority. He was entrusted for many years and failed my family. Hopefully his skill set for sales is stronger because as far as property management goes it’s zero stars!
We contacted Mr. Rucker concerning one of his agents in Virginia Beach (Mr. Michael Miller) who was acting as our property manager. Mr. Rucker subsequently referred us to his associate broker who failed to attend the scheduled meeting regarding our concerns. Furthermore, Mr. Rucker did not follow-up with us regarding our concerns after numerous requests to contact us.
