My experience with this business. I went in looking for a particular item. They didn't stock it. The guy behind the counter offered the name of a place that carried my item. Before I left they offered alternatives as well. They let me know pros and cons of both companies, personal stories from plumbers and opionins. Customer Service is amazing. So i bought their product. Thanks guys.
I just happened to notice the "mediocre" reviews, so thought I would point out the fact that people are normally only motivated to post a review when they have had a bad experience. As for myself, I have been there at least a dozen times. Prices are less than the "big box" stores. The people behind the counter were helpful. Never any problem with the products.
I received an ugly comment upon entering the store. Each time I has visited the store the older "gentleman" is always arrogant and condescending. I realize I am not a plumber but trying to find someone to help w household problems that paid plumbers can't seem to fix. I left insulted and determined never to return. I don't think this man realizes that when he leaves the counter to go to the storeroom his "plumber" customers try to apologize for his comments and behavior. When my screen was damaged I need a special custom one. So their warehouse had one just for my window. The store got all kinds of screens and windows for any style of door, and house. They also can deliver and install for one low price. Great company! The best one!

Toni in sales was very helpful but the delivery of my tub was another issue. I was told the guy started work at 7:30am and I was his 1st delivery but he did not arrive until 9:08am because he was waiting to be told to deliver?????? I also ordered a marble tub surround that is outstanding and was delivered in record time!
Been there several times for faucets, a subpump, parts. I am a Novice. They have always been great with me helping me with Inge and even giving me an idea how to fix times. , the prices are cheaper than major stores and on line. Even helped me with a warranty item after the fact when my subpump broke and needed one right away. I get all my household pluming items there.
I cant believe this place is still in business!! I stopped coming here about a year ago because of the guy behind the counter, on numerous occasions I heard him arguing with customers. I will travel an hour out of my before I ever step foot in this place.
