The send out bills with zero explanation of what they are billing you for. Just telling you that you owe them money. Bills marked 90 days past due and its the first billing. Apparently you're just supposed to pay the amount due and not question what you are being billed for. When you call they just blame their billing service with no further explanation. Office manager won't call back. (Topeka location)
My husband has been having problems with the people at the topeka location. They claim they sent an email, scheduling appointments but not calling 48+ hours in advanced. And now because of that they are charging us an outrageous amount to get him back on the books when clearly we didn’t get a phone call until today less than 24 hours before his appointment. Maybe you guys should call per policy rules as for some forget and doesn’t remember ever scheduling the next one and can’t give their boss a time requested off under 24 h... read more

The hygienist was on time, efficient and thorough. The office staff greeted you with a smile and then asked you to fill out the usual papers and you got a free pen. The doctor was professional, reviewed my medical/dental history asked if I had any concerns and performed a cancer screen and oral exam. Made his recommendations. I was completely satisfied. Until we meet again for my next periodic exam and cleaning. I promise to floss more frequently.

Excellent doctors and staff, Dr. Wilson is wonderful. They did everything they could to make me comfortable during a procedure and quietly and calmly explained everything to me, which is very nice when you're nervous being there already. Very organized and on top of their game in getting clients in in a reasonable time.
Their staff is awesome! Great chair-side care and made sure to explain everything as they were doing it. Dr McHale made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and again, explained everything as she went along. I am not a fan of going to the dentist (or any doctor), but would definitely recommend them. Their staff makes sure you are taken care of.
Courteous and compassionate care. Excellent work. So grateful for the care given.
